Help? are there synptoms of twins?

i was jw if there are symptoms of twins. my pregnancy symptoms are heightend. morning sickness 24 hours and im so tired i can barely get up out of bed. my boobs are very sore. i mean its not like with my son and my grandma on my dads side was a fraternal twin. so i was just wondering if there are symptons and what are my chances of this.
