Help with finding out what kind of sickness i have.?

Okay, i was out side trying to get a tan, i used sun tan lotion and everything. A while after i came back inside i started to feel EXTREAMLY hot, i took a cold shower and everything, my hole body felt hot and my stomich started hurting, i feel like i need to puke but i cant :/ and i feel REALLY dizzy im only 14. whats wrong??
