Why does my boyfriend throw things at me and come at me really agressive but then doesn't take responsiblity?

He threw a green sauce quesadilla at me yesterday, A couple spots through on my laptop screen, on my shirt, blinds and stuff. I told him if he messed up my computer he have to buy me another one. He said a couple drops of green sauce isn't going to mess it up, it got on my phone too. It splattered everywhere. He said your laptop is already messed up. I need a new battery for it only, its not messed up. I had asked him to use his laptop and he wont let me use his. He said just use that one even though my battery doesn't hold a full charge. This makes me cry, he doesn't take responsibilty and shows no empathy.
