Could i have lung cancer?

about 6 days ago, my chest started hurting (my left side), and everyday since then it's been hurting and tightening. when i bend over, it feels heavy. when i breathe in, it usually doesn't hurt, but sometimes it does. i'm scared i could have a heart problem or lung cancer. i'm 13 and i don't smoke, but my dad does, but i don't live with him and i am only at my dad's house like 2-3 days a week. 2 sundays ago, we went camping until last friday, and on the car rides to and from there, he smoked in the car about 10 times but had the windows down. he usually goes outside and smokes when at his house, and my mom hasn't smoked in a few months. could i have lung cancer? the only symptom i have of lung cancer is chest pain. no dizziness or sickness, i feel fine, and my appetite is fine, so could it just be the bone above my lung? can people have non stop chest pain for weeks, but nothing be wrong with them? i'm really scared. my mom said she'd take me to the doctor on monday and let the doctor check it out, but every time i go to see him, something ends up being bad or a big problem. i just want to know now. could it be lung cancer? my mom said my heart is in the middle of my chest, and my left arm would hurt if i had heart cancer/tumor. and she said i would be sick and throwing up. but i haven't thrown up at all, and i haven't been sick. it started off in the middle of my chest, but now it's the left and middle. sometimes it's at the top of the left side, and it just hurts in different areas, usually not at the same time. it does sometimes hurt on the right side too, but not alot. if it does, it pretty much just stings for a minute, then stops. what could i have?
