Extreme tension at my work - does this mean they don't want me anymore? Please help! So worried!?

There's a chance they will look at you as the girl who made a mistake and might hold that against you. This doesn't mean that they'll necessarily fire you. being late to work is totally different: that's irresponsible vs accident. You do care cause you wrote a novel on here :) Say something to them. Bring them aside and tell them you're embarrassed and feel like you might be victim to being judged. Truth is people are shallow. So the way you say a certain word might piss somebody off like your boss. It's actually easy to get a boss to hate you
