Extreme tension at my work - does this mean they don't want me anymore? Please help! So worried!?
This guest is a *****. She could've called and still complained about you in a professional manner... You definitely should have kissed her *** after this incident though regardless of who she is. *I'm a trainer at my job in food service* If you lose your job over being genuinely sorry about it and didn't mean it then you shouldn't work there cause that's low of them. There's a chance they will look at you as the girl who made a mistake and might hold that against you. This doesn't mean that they'll necessarily fire you. being late to work is totally different: that's irresponsible vs accident. You do care cause you wrote a novel on here :) Say something to them. Bring them aside and tell them you're embarrassed and feel like you might be victim to being judged. Truth is people are shallow. So the way you say a certain word might piss somebody off like your boss. It's actually easy to get a boss to hate you
