Haven sharp pains and im almost 8weeks prego?

Ok im almost 8weeks pregnant and last night i was asleep i woke up to go to the bathroom like i normally do 20times a night but this time after i was finished i got a realllyy bad sharp pain from the bottom of my stomach up it hurt so bad it made me cry a grip the toilet and it only did it 3 times i have no bleeding and earlier durinh the day i had a pain in my ribs it felt like air everytime i looked it up it said it was trapped gas and after everytime i had that pain last night i passed gas and for sum reason since iv been prego iv been very gassy and burppy i went back to sleep and woke up feelen fine no pain wats so ever but wat concernse me is that every morning i wake up with morning sickness and today nothen please help me im so stressen i dnt want nothen to be wrong with my baby
