All the symptoms but a negative test?

Implantation bleeding ,have a missed period...discharge, larger nipples,darker nipples, morning sickness, sickness throughout the day, painful breast, backaches, terrible headaches, hot flashes... no cravings bc i have no appetite... I should be about 3 1/2 weeks now... my doctor said to.come back.july 1st bc it may be too soon to tell... I don't think it is... can these symptoms be something else besides pregnancy... I had unprotected sex 3 days in a row and one of the days I was ovulating and he came in me... I have a strong Intuition I'm pregnant... but the test didn't back it up
