So many questions about being pregnant?

Okay so first I got my pregnancy test at Planned Parenthood and it was the pee test. I want to know if I can really trust this test because I do not want to get all exited more then what I already am. They told me I am nine weeks which it makes since because I haven't had my period in about two months. To me that was normal because I had gone up to four months without getting my period even when I wasn't sexually active. My last period was in April and before that it was in January. The reason I decided to go get tested was because I started getting craving which I thought it was just me being picky and also morning sickness that I believed were because I just would not eat. And well if I am pregnant I want to know if it is normal that I loose wait while being pregnant. I have my first appointment with the doctor this Friday and I am very eager to know what to expect.I want to be pregnant even if everyone thinks I am not ready I want to prove them wrong. Not just because of that but because I love babies and I had always wanted one. I love my fiance and I know he wants a baby too and it will crush the both of us if I really am not pregnant. I hope I get everything answered because I want a baby and I don't want to be disappointed.
