Very sick and cant make it to the Dr until tmw. Any Ideas?

I have a fever on and off, extremely sore throat and can barely swallow, very weak and fatigued, I have been throwing up and my stomach is killing me. I have diarrhea and i have basically slept for the last 48 hours and I am still sleepy. Last night I ate something from Miami Subs and about an hour later broke out in hives all over my body and still have them now. I am not sure if thats from the sickness i have, or a reaction from something i ate. I ended up throwing up everything I ate, so if it was from that wouldn't it be out my system from now? I feel extremely weak because i cant keep anything down and can barely swallow. My head is pounding. Any idea what this could be?
