Question about Gum tissue graft surgrey?

A week ago i had the surgrey dont, but i didn't get the roof of my mouth scrapped i got donor tissue. I had 3 stitches and one feel out!! Is this normal? i was suppose to get them taken out a week from yesturday! Does this sometimes happen??
