Im running two pill packs together and getting bad side effects pregnancy or not?

In my first pack i missed a pill and continued a day behind until the end of the pack, then missed the last tuesday pill. then i joined another pack together. im on microgynon and i feel so bad at the moment, huge sore breasts! achey womb not really like period cramps, and achey thighs, headaches, sickness and just feel pregnant. is it possible these are side effects from joining the pill up? or do you think its pregnancy? I am 18 and I dont use condoms on the pill.. and i am now at the end of week 1 in my second running pack :( help i dont have enough money to order pregnancy tests online :/
