Are these signs of something?

This could be an inner ear problem or something to do with your blood. Some people need iron more then others. Iron deficiency can make these symptoms but you can take liquid geratol and see if this works. I know it has worked for me in the past. The dizziness does sound like an inner ear problem and could resemble in the stabbing pains along with fever and chills especially if you have a ear drum problem linking to an infection. This could be both problems inner ear with low iron.
