Bad dreams :(!what do they mean?

I'm going insane. I have severe anxiety and my bad dreams make me not want to sleep at all! (Which is hard because I have a 3 month old baby! I need sleep lol) anyways I'm so worried! The 1st night I had a dream I was driving and I drove passed an apartment where someone had jumped off and there was blood and guts splattered everywhere! So scary! The 2nd night it was a dream that my best friend died beside my bed but her body had to stay there :( then her body had to sit on a chair in an empty room also my boyfriend went to jail in that dream! I woke up devestated! I texted my best friend all day worried! Then the 3rd dream was my little sister was a baby and she died! Her my step dad and mom were in the news paper and it was something about her dying :( now I'm so terrified to sleep! Does anyone know what this means? I'm very scared. I don't want to dream anymore because its making my depression and anxiety worst, please help. Please please no rude answers!
