Do you think this trailer is haunted?

So we were going to rent this really nice 3 bedroom 2 bathroom trailer, but then we came across some weird problems. When we were cleaning the master bedroom, we found blood splatters on the bottom of the master bedroom door, on the bottom of the walls, in the bathroom, and in the walk-in master bedroom closet. What makes that even creepier is the landlord we were going to have would NOT tell us what happened, so theres no telling what went on in there. But besides that, i always felt very weird in there when i was alone, i always felt scared, or like i was being watched. And the last thing, in the bedroom that was going to be mine, i found a glow-in-the dark heart on the wall. So i took it off the wall and stuck it in my pocket, later brung it home and put it into one of my boxes i was going to bring to the trailer. Well one day i went to go get it out of the box....and it was gone. It just disappeared into thin air. There were no holes in that box and it was taped shut, so there was no way it could have fallen out. And it was always unusually cold in there, what do you think? It freaked me out badly.
