Multiple Pregnancies, Completely Different Early Symptoms?

I'm wondering if any women have had completely different early symptoms with their pregnancies? With my first child, I had the crazy frequent peeing and boobs feeling like bags of sand in the first few weeks. Now, my period is late (only by a day or so) and I have nausea (No morning sickness last time), dull cramping, bloated and increased appetite. I don't usually feel this way just from PMS, but also did not feel this way with my first pregnancy. Have women experienced different symptoms with different pregnancies? Thanks!
