On saturday i started feeling really sick like i was gunna puke. and now i cant even smoke cigerettes ?

I have be having sex with my boyfreind but I have the nuvaring. Idk if I got pregnant. I've never felt like this before. I've felt sick for about 3 days now. I drank whiskey on Friday night and I was fine but the next morning the sickness hit me and now it hits me every time I smoke or smell cigerettes. I'm not sure what all this means. My birth control hasn't failed before since I've been on it over the last year.
