What can this be?? HELP!?

I have Sore lymph node, white streaks and spots on tonsilles BUT THEY ARE NOT PAINFULL, and what looks like a pimple on upper right lip,with clusters of little clear bumps very itchy and burnand spread after I scratch...NO sore throat,No fever that I know of,NO sickness.No other symptoms.what's can this be??
