What is the best way to splatter paint ur bedroom walls?

well imma redo my room and im going to paint the walls gray and splatter paint them wit neon colors! im not sure how to splatter paint them. i usually only splatter paint small things like folders and i do that by putting paint in a straw and blowing and then SPLAT! wala! im not going to do that to all my walls. any suggestions?
