I think there's something wrong with my cat.....?

I have a cat and lately I've been seeing that there has been splatters of blood everywhere that she usually is sitting. I also have seen some thin,black threadlike worms crawling around on the floor too. there're no more than a cm long and very hard to see. Now, I dont know if its all from fleas or not cuz we're trying to get rid of a small flea infestation we have in our apt. But ever since she was a kitten she was always sneezing and the rest of her litter died. The only thing i could think of causing the splatters is that she's sneezing blood cuz she's allergic to something,its just blood spots b/c she pops the fleas on her or there's something wrong internally....If someone knows anything about this or these symptoms I would really appreciate some insight before having to spend a bunch of money that I don't have on a vet bill.....she's about a year old and a mix of a russian blue and a grey tabby.....
