Negative Pregnancy test but have all the symptoms can i be pregnant?

I feel im pregnant.. I have Headace all the time i feel light headed and dizzy i had morning sickness i was like 3 days late with my period but it was very light with no spotted only lasted for 3 days ....my lower back hurts my breast is sore and heavy i have sharp pain in my stomach im tired all the times does it mean im pregnant but the test show negative i dont know what to do .... plz help me thanks
