When warm engine splatters?

I have a toyota avensis 1999 model engine code 4A-FE. when it is warm, and raved at around 3000-4000 rpm it starts to splatter. I have changed the cam sensor(new) and lambda sensor(s/hand) it still the same. There is no trouble code
